Hello there!  I'm Laurel A Ness (everyone just calls me Laurie), and I'm incredibly blessed to be the wife of Kevin and the mom of Elijah. I wear several hats in life, and I try to have them all fit under the umbrella of my most precious role--child of God.  Besides being His and Kevin's and Elijah's, one of my favorite hats is that of writer.

I want God to be glorified in everything I write, and one of my main priorities in the smallest and biggest projects is to encourage you!  Whether you're reading one of my Christian fiction novels, a blog or Instagram post, or my e-mail newsletter, my deep desire is to tell God's truth in a relatable, encouraging, inspiring way.

Story-telling is my favorite way to communicate.  I'm kind of our family's historian, because I remember many vignettes from our life together, including lots of friends and extended family members.  Life is a medley of stories, isn't it?  And the most amazing thing is how all our separate stories intertwine as part of the one huge story of life--God's redemptive story.
